Eligibility:

Refunds apply for:

Damaged products

Incorrect items

Product must be:

Unworn

Unused

In original packaging with tags

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Non-Refundable:

Change of mind or wrong size is not refundable.

Sale/limited edition items may not be refundable (will be specified).

How to Request:

Email customersupport@rampz.in or call +91 6238717632 within 7 days.

Include:

Order ID

Photos/videos of issue

Team responds in 24–48 hours.

Refund Process:

Approved refunds go to the original payment method.

Usually processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or wrong.

Return Shipping:

RAMPZ covers return shipping for damaged or wrong items.

For other cases (if approved), customer bears the cost.

Exchanges:

Handled case-by-case. Contact support for availability.
